Iesavage, my comment was feedback related not to the content of the post but to an experience I had with the “listening” described in such post. It was honest feedback, hence useful and positive and it was not certainly harmful, hateful or detrimental. The answer I received on the blog itself was indeed harmful, hateful, and detrimental.

Bob, great post. Thanks for the pointer to NVC. Active Listening is a transformatonal practice. Thanks for the reminder.

Augusto, what was alive in your critic? Was it something useful and positive? Or was it something harmful, hateful, or otherwise detrimental? Take care where you choose to invest your time and energy.

It is funny how different your analysis on listening is from this one I read recently http://www.satisfice.com/blog/archives/1481
For simply commenting to that post I got reprimanded and publicly shamed 🙂
