  1. Is “Micro-Management” actually “management”? Or is it “doing the work, using someone else’s hands”?

If someone’s “responsibility” is allegedly to “manage a team, and its members,” then how can people think that this is actually happening when the “manager” actually spends nearly all their time in meetings with other people *outside* the team, and rarely if ever has any kind of meaningful conversations with team members?
