Think Different
Hi Bob,
I’m your most recent book Quintessence, you mention metrics and quantification. Describing metrics as things to be used with caution and as little as needed. You also talk about quantification as being a useful process in itself.
It would be great to hear more about these two concepts, how they relate, are different. Are made to be different and kept apart etc.
PS I’d not describe quantifications as a process. Rather, I see it as a tool, and a theme.
