    It really depends on the phase of growth the company is going through. I’ve seen companies looking for these roles just to fuel a hyper-growth phase and I’ve seen companies looking for a senior coder. I’ve seen companies looking for a whip and I’ve seen companies just wanting to tame the craze that comes with their setup. I guess it’s all over the place.
